Selling your Disney Vacation Club membership through DVC Sales is simple, transparent, and completely fee-free until closing.

1. Create Your Seller Account

Start by creating an account and entering your contact information. From your dashboard, you’ll tell us about the membership you want to sell and upload two important documents:

  • A copy of your deed

  • Your current DVC point statement

These documents allow us to verify your resort, point allotment, Use Year, and ownership status. If you don’t have your deed, we’ll provide a link to your county or city’s public records — or we can locate and upload it for you, free of charge.

2. Set Your Price and Go Live

Your listing goes live right away, even while we complete our internal verification process. You control the asking price, and you can adjust it anytime based on buyer activity or market feedback.

Your contract is featured on our high-traffic website, multiple MLS platforms, and is shared with active buyers on our Special Request list. To track how your listing ranks, click View Details from your seller dashboard — Sections 3 and 4 show how your pricing compares to similar listings across the market.

3. Receive and Respond to Offers

When a buyer submits an offer, you’ll receive an email alert and can respond instantly through your dashboard. You can accept, decline, or submit a counteroffer. Once terms are agreed upon, our system generates the purchase agreement for both parties to e-sign.

4. Close the Sale

Our experienced admin team and the licensed title company handle everything from the signed contract to closing. Our 6.9% commission is the lowest in the industry, with no upfront fees and no surprise costs.
