Removing your DVC membership listing is easy, flexible, and completely commitment-free. You can remove your listing in just a few clicks by logging into your seller dashboard. From there, locate your active contract under the “Inventory for Sale” section. You’ll have two options:
Pause Listing – This temporarily hides your listing from public view but keeps it saved in your dashboard. It’s perfect if you’re unsure or plan to relist in the near future.
Remove Listing – This fully archives your listing and makes it invisible to all buyers. It can easily be reactivated later, but it will no longer appear in search results or promotions.
There are no cancellation fees and no required listing periods. If you were in the middle of negotiations with a buyer, we’ll notify them politely that the contract is no longer available so they’re not left waiting.
