Notifications for Disney Resale Offers are designed to ensure you never miss a chance to respond quickly. As soon as a buyer submits an offer on your DVC membership, you’ll be notified instantly through multiple channels—email, a dashboard alert, and, if enabled, text and push notifications via the DVC Sales mobile app.

The email includes a direct link to the offer. Clicking it takes you straight to your dashboard, where you can review the offer amount, see your net-to-seller, and respond with one click—accept, counter, or decline.

Your dashboard will always reflect the most up-to-date activity. Every offer includes timestamps, status updates, and a clear history of actions taken. If you miss a notification, the offer remains visible until you choose how to respond.

We strongly recommend replying as quickly as possible. Many buyers submit offers to multiple brokers and often proceed with the first seller who responds. Waiting to check with a spouse or co-owner could result in losing the opportunity.

To avoid hesitation, we suggest creating a response plan in advance. For example: “If we get an offer at this price, we’ll accept. If it’s a bit lower, we’ll counter.” This helps you act decisively without second-guessing.
