Update Spouse Info on DVC Sales Account

If you need to update spouse's info on your DVC Sales account, we’ve made the process quick and easy. Whether you’re adding or removing a spouse, updating a name, or making a change due to a divorce, marriage, or death, your profile must reflect accurate information before any contract is generated.

To begin, log in to your dashboard and go to Section A of your profile page. Click the “Edit” button next to the name field to update personal details such as legal names, marital status, or co-owner info. If your membership is held in a trust or corporate name, use the “Edit Preferences” button instead to enter the correct trustee or business entity details.

If you’re widowed, please don’t list the deceased person’s name in Section A. Instead, complete the relevant questions on the Required page of your profile. This ensures that our system properly reflects your current status when generating contracts, helping avoid delays or legal issues.

Once an agreement is signed, all name changes or ownership updates must go through our office. Please contact us by phone or email if any changes are needed after a contract is in process. We’ll also work with the title company on your behalf to ensure that updates are recorded correctly for closing.
