DVC Title Agent Contact Help is available to every buyer and seller once a purchase agreement is fully signed. At that point, a licensed title company is assigned to your transaction. The title agent handles the legal and administrative details of the closing process, including document preparation, escrow management, deed recording, Disney coordination, and FIRPTA tax services for non-U.S. sellers. If you have questions about any part of the closing process, your assigned title agent is your primary point of contact.

The title agent’s name, phone number, and email address will be included in the welcome email you receive after signing the agreement. You can also find this information in your DVC Sales dashboard and the transaction summary.

Title agents specialize in DVC resale transactions and are happy to answer questions such as:

  • How to wire funds

  • How and when the deed will be recorded

  • When sellers will be paid

  • What documents require notarization or original signatures

  • How virtual notary services work

  • How point balances are verified before closing

  • FIRPTA documentation for international sellers
