How to check if DVC resale contract is signed?

Once an agreement is reached on a Disney Vacation Club resale contract, both the buyer and seller need to sign the purchase agreement before the transaction can proceed. If you’re wondering whether the contract has been signed by the other party, there are two easy ways to find out:

  1. Log into your DVC Sales Portal
Once you’re signed in, navigate to your active transaction. If the agreement has been signed by both parties, the status will be updated and you’ll see a link to view the signed document. This is the most reliable way to confirm the signature status in real time.

  2. Check Your Email Inbox
As soon as both parties have signed and the buyer’s deposit is received, we send a copy of the fully executed agreement to Disney for Right of First Refusal (ROFR) and to the title company to begin the closing process. At that same moment, you’ll receive an email from us with a PDF copy of the signed agreement for your records.

If the agreement hasn’t been signed within the expected timeframe — or if the buyer’s deposit hasn’t been submitted — the contract may expire. In that case, we’ll notify you by email and update your dashboard accordingly. Our team will also follow up to help keep things on track.

Once the agreement is signed and the ROFR process begins, Disney typically takes up to 30 days to issue a response. You’ll be notified by email the moment we hear back.

If you're unsure about the status or need the contract link re-sent, just reach out. We’re here seven days a week to help ensure your transaction stays on schedule.
