Has the DVC Seller Received My Offer? That’s a question we hear often—especially when buyers are eager for a quick response. Rest assured, once you submit your offer through our platform, it is delivered instantly to the seller via email and also appears on their profile page. The seller is notified immediately and prompted to either accept, decline, or counter your offer.

You will receive an email confirmation letting you know your offer was submitted successfully. At the same time, your dashboard will update in real time to reflect the current status of the offer—including whether it has been viewed, accepted, declined, or countered by the seller.

All offers are time-sensitive and come with an expiration window. If the seller does not respond within the specified time, the offer may expire. In that case, you’ll receive a notification and have the option to submit a new offer if desired.

Our admin manager actively monitors all incoming and outgoing offers. If there’s a delay, we’ll follow up with the seller to encourage a timely response. Our goal is to keep the transaction moving forward efficiently.
