
Accepting an offer on DVC Sales is a quick and streamlined process designed to keep things moving. As soon as a buyer submits an offer for your Disney Vacation Club membership, you’ll be notified instantly via email, text message, and dashboard alert — giving you the opportunity to respond without delay.
To view the offer, just click the link in the notification email. You’ll be taken directly to a summary that shows the buyer’s proposed price, your estimated net proceeds after commission, and three clear action buttons: Accept, Decline, or Counter.
If the offer looks good, simply click Accept. The buyer is notified immediately, and the system generates a purchase agreement based on the accepted terms. You’ll receive a secure link to review and electronically sign the agreement — no printing, scanning, or faxing required. Sign from any device, whether you’re on your phone, tablet, or desktop.
Once both you and the buyer have signed, the contract is forwarded to the title company. They’ll handle the next step, which includes submitting the agreement to Disney for Right of First Refusal (ROFR) and preparing for closing.
