Flexible Vacation Ownership on Your Terms
When you buy DVC points, you're not just booking a single hotel stay—you’re gaining access to years of future Disney vacations at a fraction of the cost of paying cash each time. Disney Vacation Club (DVC) uses a point-based system that allows owners to book at over a dozen deluxe resorts across Florida, California, Hawaii, and South Carolina. Whether you're looking for a quick weekend trip or a full week in a spacious villa, buying DVC points puts the choice in your hands.

How It Works
DVC points function like vacation currency. Each year, you receive a set number of points based on the contract you own. These points can be used at any eligible DVC resort and are spent based on the season, room type, and length of your stay. You can use points, bank them for next year, or borrow from the year ahead to stretch your options even further.

Why Buy DVC Points on the Resale Market?
Buying DVC points directly from Disney is one option—but the resale market often offers much better value. When you purchase a resale contract, you’re buying an existing membership from another owner, typically at a significant discount compared to Disney’s direct pricing.

Benefits of Buying DVC Resale Points
Lower Cost Per Point – Resale contracts can cost 30–50% less than buying direct.
Same Booking Power – Resale points at most resorts allow access to the same rooms, seasons, and member services.
Flexible Use – Points can be used annually, or saved/borrowed based on your travel plans.
No Pressure Sales – Resale gives you time to research, compare, and choose what fits your goals.

What to Consider Before You Buy
Every DVC contract is different, and the best one for you depends on your family’s needs. Here are a few factors to help guide your purchase:

Home Resort Priority – You can book 11 months in advance at your home resort, but only 7 months ahead at others. Choose a resort you’ll want to visit often.
Point Size – Smaller contracts may be perfect for weekend trips, while larger contracts give you more flexibility for longer vacations or bigger rooms.
Expiration Date – Each resort has a fixed end year, ranging from 2042 to 2074. Make sure you're comfortable with the contract length.
Annual Dues – In addition to the upfront cost, all contracts require yearly maintenance fees that vary by resort.
