At DVC Sales, we intentionally do not publish historical sales data or display listings currently under contract. This decision helps minimize confusion for buyers and keeps the browsing experience focused on listings that are actually available.
We’ve found that when sold or pending listings are visible, buyers frequently ask about contracts that can no longer be purchased. Since every contract is unique — even within the same resort — this creates unnecessary frustration. While two contracts might share the same resort and number of annual points, the available point balance and Use Year often differ. Those differences can significantly impact value, especially for buyers who already own Disney Vacation Club points and want to maintain the same Use Year for ease of booking and point management.
Because of these variables, comparing past sales isn't always helpful. Instead, buyers should focus on active listings to get a real-time picture of the market.
If you're trying to understand what a fair price looks like, we recommend visiting our Resale Value Calculator page. There, you can take on the perspective of a seller by entering the terms of a contract you're considering. The calculator will return current listings with similar traits — giving you insight into how your contract compares and what buyers are likely to pay today.
Pay close attention to the top 5–7 rows in the results. These are typically the listings that are best positioned to sell based on price-per-point, point availability, and resort demand. Since these are live listings, they reflect the most accurate and up-to-date pricing in the current DVC resale market.
We aim to provide transparent, real-time tools to help both buyers and sellers make informed decisions — without relying on outdated or incomplete historical comparisons.
